Designing for
Measurable Results

This case study explores how thoughtful UX design transformed a cluttered real estate management dashboard into a powerful sales catalyst. By prioritizing user psychology and workflow efficiency, the redesign didn't just improve aesthetics—it delivered concrete business impact. Discover how strategic interface choices reduced cognitive load, streamlined lead management, and created a motivational environment that drove measurable increases in agent productivity, lead conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

Breaking Down the Dashboard

This was not just a breakdown and analyzing the architecture, it was breaking down the work flow from my professional experience of being behind the screen.

We're starting and ending

our days, with tasks and

notes that have been left

behind.

The Workflow

In real estate it is common to go through waves of surges in leads requiring information on properties, and this can leave chaos at the desk. So finding a solution to this pain point and having a dashboard that is designed to avoid these office tornado's was necessary. The solution is to help realign sales professionals so that they can pick up where they left off effortlessly.

The Cards

Dashboards often have cards that take space and do not get used, eliminating these and replacing them with useful ones was vital.

Ask Jen

With Jen's assistance (AI), getting help is easy with things like preparing files, or assigning billing tasks; while the salesperson can connect with a prospective client.

Reducing Stress and Cognitive load

Let the dashboard strategize for the sales staff. The Task Summary card on the interface presents sales teams with a hierarchy of information, to quickly prioritize what needs to get done, and what to prepare for. In an instant sales teams feel prepared reducing the stress in their day.
